What’s been happening:

Harriet Hackman was born on Valentine's Day, February 14, where her father, a practicing physician, was in Camp Hancock training to go to France during World War I. She was raised in Bradford, Pennsylvania, was graduated from Penn State 1941, married an active duty Army Air Corps pilot in April 1942. After World War II they settled in a Maryland farm, and ten years later moved to Hanover, Pennsylvania where she taught school and raised six children. She retired to Tucson, Arizona and recently returned to Pennsylvania, where she lives at the Brethren Home Community. In her 90's she enjoys reading, writing, walking outdoors, and playing her piano.
